Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the entire supply chain function, including procurement, vendor development, logistics, inventory, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, EPC, or engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management Strategy:
  • Develop effective SCM strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Purchase Order Generation & Vendor Management: Manage PO generation and ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Material Dispatch & Logistics: Ensure smooth and timely material dispatches in line with customer requirements and project deadlines.
  • Material & Inventory Management: Lead material planning, stocking, and distribution to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee vendor invoicing, documentation, and payment processing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • MIS Reporting: Generate SCM-related MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead and mentor the SCM team to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electricals or Electronics (Mandatory).
  • Experience: Up to 20 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in manufacturing, EPC, or engineering industries.
  • Strong expertise in procurement, negotiation, vendor registration, logistics, inventory, and invoicing.
  • Excellent understanding of E-way bills, challans, and stock management.
  • Proficiency in ERP/SCM software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
