Supply Chain Architect

We are seeking a Supply Chain Leader to architect and scale our supply chain. This is a leadership role at the heart of our journey - enabling speed, reliability, and creativity across sourcing, production, and logistics.
- Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Build a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for our growth.
- Vendor & Production Leadership: Develop a strong ecosystem of processors and manufacturers across various hubs.
- Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with design and merchandising to forecast, align supply with launches, and optimize working capital.
- Operational Excellence: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on speed and cost efficiency.
- Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Supply team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, retail, and finance to ensure seamless collection rollouts.
This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and people management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.

- Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize supply chain operations.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS AND MANUFACTURERS.
- Partner with design and merchandising to develop and implement product launch plans.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
