Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation support group, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze customer business processes and requirements.
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide permanent solutions.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) based on customer case severity.
  • Stay up-to-date with product certifications and learning documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical architects to design and implement solutions.
  • Provide timely visibility and mitigation of technical challenges.
  • Represent our products and portfolio within the company and with strategic customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in product support or implementation support.
  • Hands-on experience with Demand and Fulfillment products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning software like SAP-IBP/APO, o9, Kinaxis, Relex.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning techniques is an added advantage.
