At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to lead our end-to-end import, export, and land transport processes for sensitive semiconductor equipment, ODC cargo, utilities, gas, chemicals, and finished goods products.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of logistics activities across multiple 3PL sites, ensuring seamless operations, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with relevant Indian and international trade laws, customs regulations, and safety standards.

  • Establish and maintain efficient logistics processes for inbound and outbound transportation from global and domestic locations.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Analyze logistics workflows and KPIs to identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions, or natural disasters.
  • Manage reverse logistics and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders globally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field, along with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Minimum of 12-14 years of proven experience in import/export operations, preferably within manufacturing sectors.
  • Extensive understanding of ODC cargo, gas, and chemical logistics, including Indian import and export regulations, international trade laws, Incoterms, and compliance requirements.
