Job Title: Project Supply Chain Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Management: The incumbent will oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Logistics Coordination: The lead will coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Inventory Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and optimizing inventory turnover.
  • Cost Control: The incumbent will work to minimize costs and optimize budget allocation.
  • Supplier Performance: The lead will monitor supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as the incumbent will need to interact with various stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are required to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: The incumbent will need to work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and operations.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.
Technical Competencies:
  • SAP: Proficiency in SAP is a must for this role, as the incumbent will need to manage supply chain operations, track inventory movements, and monitor supplier performance.
  • MS Office: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required for report writing, data analysis, and presentation creation.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
Experience:
  • 8-12 years: The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
