We are seeking an Analyst to support our investment team in Mumbai.

This entry-level position is ideal for candidates early in their careers who are passionate about climate solutions, venture capital, and sustainable innovation.

As a key member of the team, you will assist in sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting deal execution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Research: Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities through research and preliminary outreach.
  • Due Diligence Support: Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Investment Process Support: Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a premier institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for climate innovation and sustainability.
