Job Title: Solar Module Production Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced production operator to fill this critical role at our facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating complex machinery including stringers, bussing, lamination, and framing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Operate stringers to assemble solar modules with advanced knowledge of operation & maintenance.
  • Manage bussing operations to ensure efficient transfer of materials requiring diploma in engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Conduct lamination operations with advanced knowledge of parameters and recipes related to lamination operation.
  • Oversee framing operations with output section all machinery operational and maintenance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

  • Assemble solar modules using stringer machines.
  • Transfer materials efficiently through bussing operations.
  • Laminate solar panels with precision and accuracy.
  • Manage framing operations to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech degree with relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of operation & maintenance techniques.
  • Able to train and upskill team members regularly.
