Emergency Medicine Doctor

• Provide immediate medical attention to patients arriving at the Emergency Department, ensuring rapid triage, diagnosis, and intervention.
• Stabilize patients presenting with life-threatening conditions, including trauma, cardiac arrest, stroke, poisoning, and acute respiratory distress.
• Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, defibrillation, wound suturing, and fracture management.
• Interpret and act on diagnostic tests, including ECGs, X-rays, ABGs, and laboratory reports, to guide timely treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with specialists, critical care units, and inpatient teams for seamless admission or referral.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and outcomes.
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills, infection control protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, ethical practices, and standard clinical guidelines.

• Clinical Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of emergency medicine protocols, ACLS, BLS, ATLS, and resuscitation techniques.
• Decision-Making: Ability to think clearly and act decisively under pressure, especially in time-sensitive situations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with medical teams and provide compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using EMR systems, diagnostic tools, and emergency monitoring equipment.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, multi-disciplinary teams including nurses, technicians, and consultants.
• Adaptability: Willingness to handle varied and unpredictable patient loads and conditions during rotational shifts.

• MD in Emergency Medicine from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid medical license and registration from the respective State or National Medical Council.
• Fresh MD graduates (0–2 years' experience) with strong academic and clinical training in emergency care are encouraged to apply.
