The role requires an experienced manager to oversee a team of Relationship Officers in supporting a diverse portfolio of MNC clients across the APAC region.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality and professional services are provided to clients, managing complex client requests, supporting the Head of MNC ISPL in daily management, providing mentorship and training to team members, actively managing team engagement, developing and presenting management reports, designing and implementing innovation initiatives, and monitoring regulatory changes.

Required skills and qualifications include a minimum bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of financial services experience, and 3 years of team leadership experience. Additionally, a client-focused mindset, constructive leadership, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are necessary.
