We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Theatre Marketing and Audio Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving sales of Qube Immersive Audio solutions in the assigned region and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional to grow their career in the cinema industry. The successful candidate will have experience in sales/business development, with a strong understanding of AV systems, immersive audio, and theatre infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 2-6 years of experience in sales/business development in the cinema industry. They will be highly organized, able to work independently, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Frequent travel within the assigned region is required for this role. The successful candidate will be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written) and proficient in MS Office tools and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of Qube Immersive Audio solutions in the assigned region and meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for cinema audio products and services.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing and technical support team to promote immersive audio offerings.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings in cinema audio.
  • Build strong relationships with cinema consultants, integrators, contractors, architects, and end-users.
  • Coordinate with post-installation support and service teams for successful project handovers.
  • Work with internal finance and logistics teams to manage order dispatches and collections.
  • Track and maintain a pipeline of current and future major sales projects.

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2-6 years of experience in sales/business development in the cinema industry.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Hands-on experience handling D2C sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of AV systems, immersive audio, and theatre infrastructure is a plus.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM software.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
