Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer to CEO

Job Summary:
The Chief Administrative Officer to CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and facilitate the smooth operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO
  • Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails to the CEO's office
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's daily tasks and requests
  • Handle personal tasks for the CEO as required
  • Ensure the CEO's office operates efficiently and effectively
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence for the CEO
  • Take on ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Facilitate communication within the executive team and across departments
  • Assist in onboarding and integrating new executive team members

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
