Job Title: Operations Lead

To drive our operations, we are looking for a seasoned leader who can lead end-to-end last mile operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Role: Owns and drives city-wide operations ensuring on-time delivery of services to customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Manages ground staff and last mile operations from deployment, training, uptime, servicing, and utilization.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously analyzes processes and procedures to identify improvements for customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and service efficiency.
  • Network Design: Designs an optimized instant-delivery network to reduce delivery timelines and increase efficiency.
  • Scalable Processes: Builds scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated in top cities across the country.
  • Performance Monitoring: Creates metrics by tracking KPIs such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, cost per service, etc.
  • Team Leadership: Builds and leads teams of hub executives and recruiters.
  • Marketing: Drives service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing.
  • Innovation: Works with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by the operations team.

Requirements:

  • 10-14 years of experience in driving business and last mile operations.
  • Experience handling operations P&L, large grey collar teams, and complex ground operations.
  • Excellent data and analytical skills to own performance metrics.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Preferred Qualifications: Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
