Job Title: Product Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced Product Merchandiser to oversee our jewelry collections from conceptualization to delivery.

The role involves analyzing market trends, curating seasonal assortments, coordinating with design, sales, and production teams, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.

Candidates with strong jewelry industry knowledge and merchandising expertise are preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product merchandising and assortment strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with design and production on product development to ensure timely deliveries and minimal stock issues.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors, informing product decisions.
  • Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles to cater to diverse customer preferences.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues.
  • Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools to enhance customer experience.
  • Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis to optimize revenue.
  • Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines to maintain high-quality products.
  • Lead product launches from concept to rollout, ensuring successful market introduction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred), with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain, with excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with familiarity with merchandising tools a plus.
  • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field, with a focus on developing strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
