Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Resolution:

  • System Maintenance and Optimization:
  • Monitor system performance, implement updates, and make adjustments to optimize the MES for efficiency and quality.
  • Implementation and Configuration:
  • Collaborate on the implementation and configuration of new MES systems, integrating them with enterprise systems like ERP.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze real-time data from the shop floor to identify bottlenecks, track production, and inform decision-making.
  • User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical assistance to production staff and develop training materials to enhance their use of the MES.
  • Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and user guides, for the MES.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the MES supports quality management by tracking deviations and exceptions, contributing to improved quality control.
