Job Title: Business Development Consultant

Description

We are seeking a skilled business development professional to join our team as a Business Development Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales in a B2B outbound environment. They should also have domestic/international calling experience, fluency in regional languages, and a proven track record of achieving measurable goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling
  • Set appointments with prospects
  • Generate leads through various channels, including email, cold calling, and others
  • Research and identify potential customers using various sources
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
  • Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month
  • Develop and maintain vertical/geographical territory plans to maximize phone time
  • Proper usage of CRM tools, email tools, database tools, and IT software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing
  • Immediate joiners preferred
