About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled professional to spearhead our revenue growth initiatives. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end RevOps strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the GTM systems and tools stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analytics.
  • Standardize processes across the revenue cycle, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with functional heads to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows.
  • Oversee the implementation and governance of CRM best practices and data hygiene.
  • Identify areas for automation or process improvement, ensuring continuous scale-up.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives from start to finish.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics.
  • Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems.
  • Experience working directly with leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
