Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 QA Tester

The role involves end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes and business requirements, as well as experience with manual testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive manual test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs.
  • Identify, log and track defects, working with development teams for timely resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Strong experience in manual testing and writing detailed test cases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • D365 functional knowledge is beneficial.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
