Process Developer Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Process Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical record summarization and review, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing documents, assessing underwriting requirements, and requesting additional information. You will also be required to assess applications and other documents to triage APS requirements, respond to customer inquiries, and enter underwriting decisions into the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate except Technical
  • Experience of Medical Record Summarization and Review would be added advantage
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with good typing skills
  • Insurance qualifications and certifications will be preferred
