Production Optimization Specialist

About this Role:
Drive efficiency in our production process through process analysis, eliminating unnecessary steps, and integrating tools to optimize lead times.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current production processes using detailed time studies.
- Identify and reduce unnecessary activities by introducing suitable tools and techniques.
- Implement solutions to reduce lead time by adding and optimizing machinery.
- Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering team to improve process efficiency.
- Sustain continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in production engineering.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with an Industrial Engineering team or as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, tools, and machinery.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
This role requires driving efficiency within the production process. The successful candidate will conduct detailed time studies to analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
