Job Role: Senior Executive - Offline Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain brand consistency across touchpoints ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
  • Develop guidelines for offline branding execution and ensure compliance across all assets.
  • Work closely with vendors to execute branding requirements while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to enforce branding consistency in execution.
Vendor Management & Operations Alignment
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for printing and branding execution.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure timely implementation of branding across locations.
  • Regularly audit and assess branding quality and maintenance in physical locations.
Offline Marketing Initiatives
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including hoardings, transit branding, and agent activations.
  • Identify and execute on-ground branding opportunities to enhance our presence across cities.
  • Work on innovative branding activations at high-footfall locations.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in brand activation, offline marketing, vendor management, or retail branding.
  • Strong understanding of offline branding execution, vendor coordination, and operations alignment.
  • Experience in on-ground activations, branding audits, and visibility tracking mechanisms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for vendor coordination.
