Senior Creative Director Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Creative Director to lead our fine jewelry brand on Amazon. This role is responsible for developing a compelling brand presence across all customer touchpoints, ensuring our designs are presented with clarity, luxury appeal, and consistency.

About the Role:

  • Shaping and executing a distinctive visual identity on Amazon that resonates with fine jewelry customers.
  • Developing high-quality, conversion-optimized visual content across all listings.
  • Leading a well-coordinated and agile creative team with strong processes and quick consistent output.
  • Continuously improving visual performance metrics through content optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and direct the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem by setting the vision for photography and graphic design teams.
  2. Develop clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and effectively showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.
  3. Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
  4. Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements.
  5. Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  6. Partner with the Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
  7. Use performance data and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.
  8. Own the creative workflow, ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury category or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to completion supported by creative partners.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up and refine scalable creative processes.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles is recommended to effectively collaborate with design counterparts.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a performance-driven environment.
