Job Title:

IT Project Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT project director to lead our technical projects from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring delivery as per agreements
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, IT governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Implement and manage Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient delivery

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing technical/software development projects
  • Strong technical background (application development, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise solutions)
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level IT projects
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with Waterfall when required
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)
