Delivering Results as a Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the execution of complex technical projects and solutions.

  • More than 15 years of experience in technology delivery roles, including hands-on development and leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex projects with diverse teams.
  • Manage P&L for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Plan and manage team ramp-ups and ramp-downs using a mix of pyramid planning, external hiring, and internal sourcing.
Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) is highly valued.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering results-driven project outcomes that meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of projects. A strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines is essential for success in this position.
