About the Technical Project Manager

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing product and software engineering projects, ability to connect with customers, and a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

  • Manage project teams, define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
  • Establish a strong engineering team grounded in respect, empathy, and exceptional engineering practices.
  • Partner with principal engineers across locations to deliver best-in-class products and solutions.
Key Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment.
  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
  • Experience working with technical teams, understanding of system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications.
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on experience in building or working with generative AI products.
