Your Role in Our Story

We're seeking a Risk Management Specialist to develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with our operational risk frameworks. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of technical risk and a proven track record of taking risk management to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technology and Product teams to analyze and better understand their risk profiles.
  • Support teams in managing and reducing risk by designing, implementing, and testing controls.
  • Perform risk and control assessments within various product and technology teams to provide actionable insights.
  • Proactively manage risks to reduce major incidents, breaches or non-compliance in technology risk.
  • Record, handle, and report on risk incidents.
  • Deliver risk insights to senior leadership through data-driven risk reports and monitoring metrics.
  • Implement and communicate operational risk management policies and guidelines effectively.
  • Review and update ICT-related documentation.
