Risk Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing a comprehensive risk management process, including risk identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring.

About the Role:

  • Lead and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management process.
  • Perform risk impact analysis and develop prioritization and mitigation plans.
  • Create and maintain a risk assessment matrix across business and corporate functions.
  • Analyse current and emerging risks affecting the organization and provide actionable insights.
  • Review key internal policies and collaborate with stakeholders to provide risk-related inputs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise-wide risk types, regulatory frameworks, and business process dynamics.
  2. Identify patterns and forecast trends associated with various risk exposures.
  3. Analyse current and emerging risks affecting the organisation and provide actionable insights.
  4. Educate internal teams on significant risks impacting their functions and build a culture of risk awareness.
  5. Oversee health and safety initiatives and coordinate with insurance providers to ensure appropriate coverage.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), PGDRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Total experience: Minimum 8–10 years in the Banking, Financial Services, or Technology sector.
  • Relevant experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Risk Management.
