3 Months | Full-time Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team at a leading NACL . This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk management processes tailored to the financial services sector. You will support the team in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across business functions, while gaining exposure to regulatory frameworks, credit risk, operational risk, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining the risk register for business and functional units
  • Support risk identification and assessment exercises in line with RBI NBFC guidelines
  • Help monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and control effectiveness
  • Contribute to internal risk reporting and dashboards for senior management
  • Support documentation for regulatory risk compliance (RBI returns, inspections, etc.)
  • Conduct market and peer analysis on emerging risks in the NBFC sector
  • Assist in organizing risk awareness sessions and compliance training
  • Participate in risk event analysis and incident reporting processes

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Risk Management, Commerce, Economics, or MBA (Finance)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of NBFC operations and RBI regulatory environment is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis & reporting skills a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
