The Technical Lead, DevOps plays a key strategic and technical leadership role in shaping the organization's DevOps culture and capabilities. This position spearheads the implementation, integration, and ongoing refinement of DevOps methodologies across all applications.

This includes driving automation, enhancing deployment pipelines, and promoting CI/CD practices to support the organization's commitment to innovation, agility, and operational excellence.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the DevOps strategy for application development, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational standards.
  • Architect, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple application teams.
  • Lead the automation of manual tasks throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Act as a bridge between development, operations, and QA teams to remove silos and facilitate communication.
  • Guide the migration and deployment of applications to cloud or hybrid infrastructures.
  • Establish and enhance application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
  • Integrate security practices and tools into the development pipeline.
">Operational Management:
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply experience working on CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus, Maven, NuGet, ProGet, or similar.
  • Develop/update the code build using scripting skills in languages like Maven, YAML, Classical Editor.
  • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Drive containerization and orchestration strategies across the application portfolio.
  • Develop and enforce automated testing frameworks within pipelines.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to optimize the software delivery lifecycle.
">People Leadership:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Lead and inspire the team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in both technical expertise and business acumen.
">Requirements:
  • Overall experience of 13+ years in IT industry, minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps.
  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience of DevOps toolchains, scripting, and application development frameworks.
  • Experience in design code branching, merging, and strategies from Feature to release and master branch.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and building observability into applications.
  • Solid grasp of security concepts, tools, and practices in DevSecOps pipelines.
  • Proficiency with major cloud platforms, including infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and cloud-native services.
