Job Title: Technology Visionary

We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to spearhead our engineering team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecting and scaling platforms, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Design, develop, and scale the core technology platform from scratch.
  • Pioneering AI-first strategies to solve intricate, high-scale problems.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product roadmap, vision, and engineering culture.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a strong engineering team, fostering ownership and innovation.
  • Cultivate seamless cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product execution.
  • Deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for widespread adoption.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of robust engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based systems.
  • Hands-on coding ability and willingness to engage deeply with product development.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, inspire, and manage engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, startup environment.
  • Passion for solving meaningful problems with long-term impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
