Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing material replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as lead time variability and supplier performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and delivery terms.
  • Analyze and resolve complex supply chain problems, and provide creative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on inventory optimization and logistics.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
