Inventory Optimization Role Overview

The Inventory Optimization Lead role is a key position within our merchandising unit, focusing on achieving optimal inventory levels and customer demand balance across markets, warehouses, and sales channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for allocation, ensuring initial parameters are correctly set at all times.
  • Drive inventory optimization by following up on targets for warehouse and store segments, and providing actionable direction for replenishment and push strategies.
  • Collaborate with the demand supply unit, merchandise managers, and logistics to optimize stock composition, SKU management, and storage capabilities.
  • Minimize constraints and drive sales by optimizing supply and monitoring inbound/outbound garment flow.
  • Execute prioritization frameworks to secure commerciality in stores.

This role requires strong commercial focus, data-driven insights, and proven ability to drive results and achieve goals.
