Job Description">

As a key member of our Inventory Management team, you will be responsible for leading assignments and participating in projects related to inventory management. Your daily deliverables will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective inventory management strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyzing sales history and trend data to inform allocation strategies that maximize sales potential.

You will also be accountable for metrics such as forecast accuracy, integrated demand planning, promo management, out strategy management, allocation, historical analysis, managing operations, execute strategies, leader backup, communication, mentoring and onboarding, special projects/pilots, and process captainship.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Graduate / PG degree with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in retail industry with working knowledge in supply chain, specifically in the Demand Forecasting/Planning and Inventory Management domain for CPG/FMCG businesses.
  • Strong analytical modeling, problem-solving skills, and knowledge on forecasting.
  • Data management and interpretation using statistical concepts.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools.
  • SQL, data aggregation, and visualization (dashboards).
  • Assertiveness and strong initiative.
