Our goal is to support early intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergent conditions.

We are currently in the pre-revenue stage, but with a validated product and early pilots under our belt, we are now embarking on our commercialization journey in India and select global markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to design effective test cases.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications as applicable.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Provide timely and detailed test execution status reports to the QA Lead/Project Manager.
  • Support UAT by assisting business users and validating fixes.

Quality Assurance Practices:

  • Follow industry best practices for QA, including risk-based testing and defect management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and methodologies.

Additional Expectations (with 4 years' experience):

  • Mentor junior testers by sharing knowledge and reviewing test cases.
  • Take ownership of testing for assigned modules or projects with minimal supervision.
  • Provide input for test effort estimation and project planning.
  • Identify opportunities for test optimization and improvements in QA processes.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Good understanding of different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, UAT, smoke, sanity, exploratory testing.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
