Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies across core insurance functions.

  • Architecture & Delivery: Design and deliver LLM-powered solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, Falcon, Dolly, LLaMA, and similar frameworks.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI and ML with strong leadership skills, insurance domain knowledge, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in IT, AI, and ML, with experience in cloud and MLOps environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate global teams.
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including underwriting, claims, fraud, pricing, and CX.
