Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and ML pipelines.
  • Implement core components including memory, routing, cache, feedback, and chains to enable our in-house AI agents.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, front-end, back-end, and data teams.
  • Build sophisticated multi-agent AI workflows for automated investment analysis.
  • Prompt engineering techniques for various LLM providers.
  • Develop scalable systems that can handle large-scale document processing during due diligence.
  • Develop FastAPI applications that serve AI-powered insights to investment teams.
  • Implement secure authentication and data access controls for sensitive financial information.
  • Experience in Redis for caching and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, and above.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Python.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering or equivalent internship / coursework / projects involving data analysis, machine learning, or software development.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI technology and its applications in finance.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving tools.
