Job Title: Assembly Manager

Department: Production – Assembly & Testing

  • Manage assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.
  • Coordinate with design and QC for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Testing Management: Oversee the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves to ensure timely completion and high-quality output.
  • Design and Quality Coordination: Collaborate with design and quality control teams to finalize dimensions, testing parameters, and documentation for each valve.
  • Test Bed Preparation: Ensure that test beds are ready, safe, and perform at a leak-tight level for each valve, adhering to established standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance to optimize process efficiency.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of Engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with a strong focus on time and quality management.

Required Traits:

  • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing methods.
  • Calmness under Pressure: Demonstrate hands-on approach and remain calm under pressure to maintain productivity and quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Graduate in Mechanical / Production Engineering
  2. Minimum 10 years of industry experience with 2 years of experience in a similar or assistant manager role in Fabrication/Machine tool building/Equipment manufacturing company.
