Job Purpose

As a Senior Manager Programme Delivery, you will be accountable for driving successful transitions. You will oversee the implementation of a defined transition methodology, ensuring seamless integration and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of transition managers responsible for managing sophisticated transition tracks within the program.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including sponsors, business leaders, and functional support teams, in a matrix organization.
Essential Skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Business Administration from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as PMP, Prince2, APM, or equivalent.
Desirable Criteria
  • Exposure to Agile tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in vendor third-party management, including vendors, third parties, and subcontractors.
