Enterprise Strategy Leader

This role involves leading enterprise-wide initiatives, including business planning and change management. You will be responsible for identifying strategic issues and providing insights and recommendations.

You will conceptualize, design, and execute key strategic initiatives with stakeholders, forecast strategic and operational variables, and simulate best-fit plans based on market profiles.

Monitoring relevant metrics for strategic planning and managing periodical reporting of strategy performance are also key responsibilities.

CXO Support

You will support CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, developing go-to-market strategies, and annual business-wise plans.

You will identify growth opportunities, both short-term and long-term, and lead key strategic initiatives as a project manager office (PMO) for strategic initiatives.

Strategic Insights

You will develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis.

You will facilitate competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking, and prepare intelligent analysis periodically.

You will prepare environment scans, competitor insights, and reports on customers and present them periodically.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who can exercise judgment in building relationships across levels.

Candidates should be able to collaborate across functions to achieve deliverables and work under limited supervision.

They should have high pressure tolerance and timely deliverables, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidates should have a good understanding of data management and collection, modeling, and interpretation, as well as good understanding of financial statements.

Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills, are essential for this role.

Qualification

Candidates should have a full-time MBA from a reputable business school or CA qualification.

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience is required for this role.
