Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tele caller to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, understanding requirements, nurturing leads, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the sales team and will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective lead conversion and customer interaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns, scheduling and coordinating site visits for interested buyers, handling inbound queries, explaining project details, and resolving customer doubts.

You will also be responsible for qualifying leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines, maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM, achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
