Retail Property Acquisition Specialist

A key role within our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to manage the acquisition of commercial retail properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Retail property search management, coordinating with key partners like property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers.
- Location analysis of new store locations and negotiation, acquisition, and finalization of new properties.
- Negotiation of final rentals, landlord scope of works, and liaison with legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing and acquiring.
- Coordination with various departments internally until store launch.
- Development and maintenance of a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and acquisitions.
