Program Director Position

We are seeking an experienced program director to lead a high-impact IAM SSO project. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing IAM/SSO projects or programs, and hands-on knowledge of SSO tools such as Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, or similar.

Key responsibilities for this position include serving as the primary interface between the SSO engineering/migration teams and application owners, driving discovery and assessment activities for SSO-integrated applications, maintaining and managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and taking full ownership of the program lifecycle from planning to execution ensuring all in-scope applications are successfully migrated.

This role also requires strong project/program management skills with a track record of leading large-scale technical migrations or carveouts, excellent stakeholder communication coordination and risk management skills, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment among stakeholders ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Proven experience managing IAM/SSO projects or programs;
  • Hands-on knowledge of SSO tools such as Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, or similar;
  • Strong project/program management skills with a track record of leading large-scale technical migrations or carveouts;
  • Excellent stakeholder communication coordination and risk management skills.
