Graduate Training Programs Lead

This role involves designing and leading graduate training programs that align with business and technical needs. It requires strong communication, leadership, and program management skills, as well as expertise in facilitating workshops and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).

About the Role

As a Graduate Training Programs Lead, you will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to assess technical learning requirements and ensuring graduates are project-ready.

You will conduct campus-to-corporate workshops to prepare graduates for the corporate environment, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the execution of training programs.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 years of experience managing graduate training programs in IT or similar industries. Proven ability to liaise with technical stakeholders, expertise in facilitating campus-to-corporate workshops, and experience in managing vendor relationships are also essential.

Requirements:
