Job Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to serve as a Master Trainer for our transformative skill development program.

    As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging virtual training sessions, facilitating skill development, and preparing learners for job readiness.

    You will also conduct assessments to measure student progress, coordinate with trainers, and provide remote support until full-time center trainers are onboarded.

    Additionally, you will mentor and coach new trainers during handover for smooth transition.

    The successful candidate will have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree, minimum 3 years of experience training adult learners, fluency in English and Hindi, and proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel), Google Docs & Sheets.

    They will possess strong facilitation and communication skills, knowledge of training methodologies, Bloom's Taxonomy, adult learning principles, and assessment methods.

    The selection process includes a demo session, written assessment, interview, and additional rounds as required.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging virtual training sessions aligned with session plans.
  • Facilitate skill development as per the pre-designed curriculum.
  • Prepare learners for job readiness, including interview preparation.
  • Conduct assessments to measure student progress.
  • Coordinate with Area Heads and trainers to align training schedules.
  • Provide remote support until full-time center trainers are onboarded.
  • Mentor and coach new trainers during handover for smooth transition.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
