We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice and consultancy to sales and project teams, leading on technical matters in client meetings, and configuring and optimising Microsoft 365 services.
  • Support sales and project teams with technical expertise, participating in client meetings and collaborating with customer technology staff and/or suppliers.
  • Undertake hands-on technical configuration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services, evaluating on-premises and legacy infrastructure and preparing for migration to Microsoft 365 cloud.
  • Conduct thorough technical GAP analysis, document findings, assess and recommend solutions.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation including diagrams and technical baselines, working within defined change management processes.
  • Support project management in development of technical project plans, presenting changes at Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

Requirements include:

Skills and Qualifications:
  • English level C1 or above.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft 365 related certifications.
  • Technical skills across Azure Identity Services, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
  • Information Protection & Governance; Sensitivity Labels, DLP, ATP Defender (Desirable).
  • Cloud Application Security.
  • PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Application Packaging skills.
  • On-premises and traditional infrastructure technologies including Virtualisation, VDI, storage, firewalls, AV + Threat Protection, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, backup solutions.
  • Migration experience and knowledge of migration tooling (desirable).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
