Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Leader

Role Overview:

We seek a strategic and experienced leader to drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM and Power Platform, for domestic clients.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.
  • Implement COPILOT based scenarios and execute POCs.
  • Collaborate with clients and Microsoft to co-create solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Drive delivery and pursue opportunities independently in the Indian market.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform.
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape.
