About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic CRM + TOSCA specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

Job Title: Dynamic CRM + TOSCA Specialist

Location: Pune (Shivajinagar)

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Mode: Hybrid

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can work on the full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365. The ideal candidate should have minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant and minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with development teams to provide better understanding of business users needs and help resolve any queries related to requirements. Additionally, they will document business requirements, review them with business and technology teams, and obtain customer acceptance for the same.

The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively and address user questions in a clear and concise manner. They should also have working knowledge of Agile or Waterfall approach depending on business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015
  • Familiar with MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Agile or Waterfall approach knowledge
  • SSRS reporting services experience
