We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT and business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
This role involves partnering with digital delivery teams and business functions to gather business and technical requirements, analyze processes for development, testing, and delivery of digital solutions, based on end user and business input.
A successful IT Business Analyst will combine their business and technical acumen to facilitate end-to-end workflows for identification, scoping, definition, prioritization, and delivery of digital capabilities to the business, in partnership with a diverse set of stakeholders and teams across the business and digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
They will also analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
The role requires developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.
Additionally, the successful candidate will work with IT teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements, maximizing business value aligned with competitive performance priorities.
They will conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions are effective and meet business needs.
The IT Business Analyst will provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
They will also execute special projects and provide project management support for adoption of digital products.
The successful candidate should stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT and business analysis.
Required skills include analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Preferred qualifications include experience with project management methodologies, certification in business analysis, familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience in Data Management and Visualization.
