We are seeking a seasoned Open Banking Expert to spearhead our newly formed team focusing on PSD2 and Open Banking in the UK, as well as Open Finance. This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and design of innovative solutions that align with regulatory frameworks and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2, Berlin Group NextgenPSD2, or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and involvement in API integrations or implementations.
