We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to lead our team in legal drafting, record keeping, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting of Letters and Legal Notices: Prepare high-quality letters and legal notices that effectively communicate our position.
  • Record Keeping and Document Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all documents, including legal notices and responses.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate, RERA, and other applicable laws.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide research and advisory services on business operations, new laws, and case laws.
  • External Lawyer Coordination: Collaborate with external lawyers on ongoing litigation, arbitrations, and maintenance of records.
  • Internal Department Collaboration: Proactively partner with internal departments to mitigate legal implications.
Qualifications
  • Candidates from law firms, real estate, or construction backgrounds are preferred.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delhi (NCR) is desirable.
