Brand Solutions Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Brand Solutions Strategist. This position will involve developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting: Create high-quality copy for posts and handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) for assigned brands.
  • Reporting: Provide monthly/weekly reports to management/client on account activities.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure project smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Creative Solutioning: Understand client requirements/briefs and coordinate with internal teams to provide creative solutions.
  • Client Presentations: Present creative solutions to clients, obtain necessary approvals, and finalize approach for further action.
  • Competitor Tracking: Monitor competition brands to define the brand's way forward and differentiate it from competitors.
  • Trend Analysis: Track industry/category trends to incorporate them in marketing strategies/content.
  • Relevant Content Creation: Keep an eye out for relevant moments/topics and provide timely feedback to internal teams for revisions.
  • Research and Insights: Research social media platforms/media websites daily to inform the team about platform updates/trends.
  • Consumer Understanding: Deliver relevant content driving success for the brand by understanding consumer behavior.
  • Job Status Report (JSR): Maintain JSRs to sync work for brands within the team and ensure timely execution.

Required Skills:

  • Communication & Time Management: Strong skills required.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail necessary.
  • Client Servicing: Excellent client servicing skills required.
  • Presentation Skills: Basic presentation skills needed.
  • Copywriting Understanding: Understanding of copywriting essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Intermediate Excel/Google Suite proficiency required.
